1. How do I win real money?
You can win real money by winning in games that have a cash prize pool, including but not limited to 1v1 cash games, multiplayer tournaments (top 3 or top x scorers will get cash rewards), and zero entry fee money rooms.
2. Why it's legal?
a. Solitaire Zillionaire cash tournaments are not gambling because all of our competitions are based on ability, rather than luck or chance. Cash-based tournaments in games of skill are not considered gambling because the generally accepted definition of gambling involves three specific things: (1) the award of a prize, (2) paid-in consideration (meaning entrants pay to compete) and (3) an outcome determined on the basis of chance. Without all three of these elements, a competition that reward real prizes is not gambling. In the case of Solitaire Zillionaire tournaments, outcomes are not determined by chance, but are rather achieved through a player’s skill or ability, making these tournaments legal in most U.S. states.
b. Solitaire Zillionaire has strict rules to ensure fairness. For example, our game developers have created a carefully designed algorithm to measure every player's skill level. This allows us to ensure the opponent we match you has a similar skill level.
3. Why are Solitaire Zillionaire cash tournaments not available in my region?
We do not offer real-money play in the following jurisdictions: Arizona, Arkansas,
Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee. Our legal advisor is unable at this time to determine whether the Game complies with all legal requirements in those states for real-money play.
If you are in any of these states and have made a deposit, please contact us and we will return your money as soon as possible.
4. Grades
You can gain experience in Solitaire Zillionaire by participating in various competitions. Get more experience to increase your grade and win better rewards. Gold coins are rewarded every time you level up.
5. How do I deposit money into my account?
We currently accept deposits via credit card and PayPal, either through the Marketplace or through the promotional portal on the home screen.
6. How do I cash out?
a. You can cash out your money at any time, but additional deposits or withdrawals will not be available when your withdrawal is pending.
b. You can cash out by going to your Personal Information screen. The minimum limit you can withdrawal is $5. Any withdrawals that do not exceed your total deposit will be refunded via your previous payment channel. For withdrawals that exceed your deposit amount, the amount will be sent via PayPal.
c. Withdrawals typically take 2-14 business days to process. Every withdrawal request is manually reviewed and we try to process them as fast as possible.
d. Note: Only real money can be cashed out. Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn and will be deleted when you initiate a withdrawal.
e. A processing fee will be charged on your withdrawals.
7. Bonus Cash
a. Bonus cash can be used in replacement of real dollars for entry fees.
b. For every 10 dollars you spend on the entry fee, 1 dollar will go towards the Bonus Cash.
Example: If you use a $10 entry fee to participate in the tournament, then $9 will be the real dollar and the remaining $1 is the Bonus Cash.
c. Bonus Cash will be deleted when you make a withdrawal.
d. Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn for real cash.
